«Misa fronteriza», by Luis Humberto Crosthwaite, is a life testimony and a re-elaboration of the border reality; a festive mixture between the argumentative and the narrative genre, Mexican popular music and world culture, a text that goes between profane and religious discourse. In this article the author makes an hermeneutic approach to «Misa fronteriza» and reflectson the way that Mexican Northern Literature is a reflex of the recent global changes occurred in the appreciation of identities and literary arts.Downloads
