Gabriela Escarrá, Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP)

Gabriela Escarrá is a Certified Sworn Translator, Editor, and Transcreator specialized in Marketing, Legal and Corporate Communication. She holds two university degrees: one as a Certified Sworn Translator (UNLP) and another as a Teacher of English Language and Literature (UNLP). Gabriela works for translation agencies and direct clients all over the world. She has been lecturing on Quality Assurance in different parts of the world: the University of Massachusetts (UMass) in Boston; the 58th ATA Annual Conference in Washington, DC.; the Florida International University (FIU) in Miami; the BP18 Conference in Vienna; the 5th International Conference on English Language, Universidad del Salvador, School of Modern Languages in Buenos Aires. Argentina; Jornada de Traducción e Interpretación (AATI/USAL), Buenos Aires, Argentina; and the 5th International Conference of Copyeditors in Colonia, Uruguay, among others.
