Ricardo Güiraldes, el Sendero de la Mística
Keywords:
Metaphysics, East, Mysticism, Argentinian LiteratureAbstract
It is striking that such an author of Argentina Literature as Ricardo Güiraldes continue to have a dark side, unknown, very little explored for the critic. The poems, notes and journals published posthumously by his wife reveal a different side: the mystic Güiraldes. Texts that came out between 1928 and 1932: Mystical Poems, Solitary Poems and mainly The Path (we also incorporate the recently published Diary, Notebook of Spiritual Disciplines). The first two are short poems, but the last two record the spiritual concerns and advances the author in this field. We intend to make an approach to try to figure the philosophical and metaphysical currents in them, to then outline the journey that Güiraldes performed by different mystical paths in search of an inner transformation work. We want to emphasize here the eminently practical dimension that has to Güiraldes any search of a sacred knowledge.Downloads
