Poeta nacido en Santo Domingo. Obtuvo el Premio Nacional de Poesía Casa de Teatro (2001); el Premio Nacional de Poesía Emilio Prud'Homme (2006); y el Premio Nacional de Poesía Universidad Central del Este (2008).
